Bought a car there in 2016..great. But have found customer service afterwards sadly lacking!!!! I popped in one day to ask about a problem and was told to look it up in the manual!!!!! Another time I went in and a man was on telephone so I waited even though there was another man next to him flipping through a magazine without so much as a glance. Where I eventually talked to him and explained the problem he just said 'well I have never heard of that before'. I NEVER get a warm welcome...is it because I am a woman?
